            Our practice includes the near exclusive representation of employers and insurers in all matters involving NY Workers' Compensation Law defense issues including employee injury and discrimination claims and employer insurance coverage, at all levels of practice including before the Administrative Law Judges, Board Panel and the Appellate Division, Third Department.  We have also appeared before civil courts on matters involving third party liens.  Our clients include several of the largest self-insured employers and municipalities as well as insurers providing workers' compensation coverage for employers located in the Syracuse District.

            Our highly trained staff responds quickly and efficiently to our clients' requests.  All hearing reports and other written work are stored electronically through our scanning system and can be emailed at a moment's notice.  Our docket system is "state of the art" and we can pull up information regarding our clients and claimants instantaneously.
